CHO Bee Labs’ Chocolate Workshop is a single-session, hands-on experience in our professional Andheri East kitchen – designed for home bakers, chocolate enthusiasts, and food entrepreneurs who want to understand chocolate properly and produce something extraordinary with it in a single day.

Chocolate Tempering

The science explained simply – why tempering matters, what happens to cocoa butter crystals when chocolate is melted and cooled incorrectly, and how to achieve a perfect temper using the seeding method. You will temper chocolate correctly by hand before the session ends.

Moulded Bonbons

Shell casting, filling with ganache, and sealing – producing a tray of professional moulded chocolate bonbons with a clean release and glossy finish. The technique that looks impossible until someone shows you exactly how.

Hand-Rolled Truffles

Classic ganache, hand-rolled to sphere, coated in tempered chocolate, and finished with cocoa powder, crushed praline, or a thin crunch shell. The technique behind Mumbai’s most popular artisan chocolate product.

Chocolate Bark & Gifting Products

Flavoured chocolate bark with toppings – sea salt, dried fruit, pistachios, and more – plus the packaging and presentation skills to turn your workshop output into a giftable product from the same day.
