CHO Bee Labs’ Baking for Beginners course is designed for people who are starting from zero – no experience, no equipment at home, no culinary background. Just curiosity and the desire to make something with your own hands.

What you will find on Day 1 is a professional kitchen, a patient and expert chef, and a structured course that takes you through everything a beginner needs to understand before they can bake with real confidence.

Your First Cakes & Bakes

Learn sponge cakes, loaf cakes, cookies, shortbread, and bread rolls through beginner-friendly recipes that build skills step by step.

Essential Baking Techniques

Creaming, folding, whisking, measuring, lining tins, testing for doneness - the core technical vocabulary of baking, taught hands-on until it becomes instinct.

Kitchen Confidence & Hygiene

Navigating a professional kitchen safely, understanding temperature & timing, basic food hygiene practice & building the kitchen confidence to experiment on your own.
